Edwin Edwards once bragged that the only way he could lose an election in Louisiana was to get caught in bed with a dead girl or a live boy. I drew this cartoon in May of 1987.   In my book Looziana Political Cartoons, I said that no newspapers had run it but that it had leaked out and spread around the state by way of fax machines.  Gannett bureau chief John Hill even wrote about the faxing in his column. After the book came out, someone sent me a copy of a Ruston Morning Paper that included this cartoon.   So, nobody ran it, except John Hays.
