Mike Foster was a governor of many talents.  He rode a Harley.  He piloted helicopters.  He hunted ducks.  He trashed law clinics.  One reader wrote about this cartoon: "The fact that the governor has a real life is old news... Your caricature of the governor was in poor taste; surely you can come up with something more stimulating than this."
